Position Summary: We are seeking an early career Architectural Designer or recent graduate with 5 years or less of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of various architectural projects, contributing fresh ideas and technical skills to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through construction documents.

  • Produce high-quality drawings, renderings, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative design solutions.

  • Conduct research on materials, building codes, and design trends.

  • Assist with project coordination, including communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Participate in site visits and construction administration tasks.

  • Utilize architectural software to create and modify design documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

  • 0-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.

  • Strong design and technical skills with a passion for architecture and creativity.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Proficiency in architectural software, including:

    • AutoCAD

    • Revit

    • SketchUp

    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or interest in museum design, adaptive reuse, or community-centered projects.

  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices.

  • LEED accreditation or interest in pursuing it.

Location: This is a remote position, but preference will be given to candidates located in Milwaukee, WI; or the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.
